I can’t say enough about the team at Lincolndale! I had been to 4 other vets and was losing hope that anyone actually cared about my pup as much as I do – until I went to Lincolndale! They are so thoughtful, sweet, and caring, and my pup loves going there! I first had her spayed there and Dr. Dundas called me as soon as the procedure was done to give me an update. And they checked in on her a few days after, which I appreciated very much. The pricing is fair for the quality of care you are getting. And, they actually CARE!
Everyone is so kind and friendly. Dr. Dundas doesn’t rush the exams, listens to your concerns and answers your questions. She helps you find what supplements to give your pet and explains options. I am very happy and wish human doctors were as concerned and caring. It is a wonderful place to bring your fur babies.
This veterinary practice has been a part of our family for 17 years. During that time, I have had 3 cats, all of whom have received thoughtful and excellent care from the vets and from the staff. Their exams are thorough, the treatments are kindly and on target with effective medicines and clear explanations and directions. I wouldn’t consider any other veterinary practice for my present cat, Daisy.
I have been to quite a few vets with my chronically ill cats. I’m finding that Lincolndale listens to my concerns and works with me. I like that the office is very calm and orderly; I know that the office manager is often the person who makes the practice run smoothly. My last vet was chaotic and disorganized, and I appreciate that I have found someplace better.
After a few months: I am finding that Dr. Dundas and her staff are very caring and competent. Follow up calls are routine. Rx refills are handled without drama or delay. When my cat goes to the ER I get a call the next day making sure that care in coordinated. Overall a great office.
Dr. Dundas is absolutely amazing. We’re never rushed and she always follows up on our pups to make sure they’re feeling good after new procedures or medications. I honestly wish my primary care doctor treated me this well. Even the nurses and front desk staff are phenomenal.
Dr. Dundas and the staff here are all wonderful. They are so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Dundas always patiently answers all of your questions. They truly care about their patients. Would highly recommend this vet.
